With the Grameen Heroes seed grant, Bably Koranga transformed a small home-based cow-dung craft initiative into a thriving eco-enterprise powered by women. By upgrading to machinery and moulds, she scaled production, created dignified employment for her self-help group, and built a sustainable livelihood model.
